FAQ
When can I have my birthday party?
We host birthday parties during our normal hours of operation, Tuesday through Saturday. Available time slots are from 10:00 AM to Noon and 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. For pricing and availability outside of these time slots, please call 918-834-9900 or send an email to events@tulsamuseum.org.
Can we decorate the room before the event?
Of course! Party hosts are allowed in the room up to 30 minutes prior to the start of the party for setup. Decorations are allowed to be draped or hung on the whiteboards, but nothing can be pinned or taped to the walls.
Additionally, clean up after the party needs to be carried out by the hosts within 15 minutes of the party ending. A cleaning fee may be applied if the room is not returned to its original condition after the party.
Are adults included in the guest count?
Your total guest count is the total number of people that will be given a wrist band for Museum entry.
Can my birthday party be catered?
Yes, catering is permitted, and we can provide a list of caterers that are familiar with the venue. Our Event Coordinator can handle the catering arrangements for you for a $200 fee + the cost of the catering services.
Can I schedule a Pre-Event tour?

Cleaning Fee
Party hosts are responsible for cleaning up after the event. This includes removing decorations, food waste, and restoring the space to its original condition. Additional cleaning fees may apply if this policy isn’t followed, up to $100.
