Join us Saturday February, 23 for an out-of-this-world evening featuring a museum cocktail hour and a viewing of E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial in the James E. Bertelsmeyer Planetarium. This 1982 Science Fiction classic tells the story of Elliott, a boy who befriends an extraterrestrial, dubbed “E.T.”, who is stranded on Earth. Elliott and his siblings help E.T. return to his home planet, while attempting to keep him hidden from the government. This family friendly event is offered free of charge exclusively to TASM members and membership covered guests.
Museum doors will open at 5:30 p.m. for a members-only museum hour and full cash bar access. Tickets will be available for pick up at the front desk from 5:30-6:30 p.m. with proof of valid membership. The featured film will begin at approximately 6:30 p.m. Please make sure to respect TASM’s regulations as food and beverage are not permitted inside of the planetarium. Snacks and beverages will be available for purchase from 5:30-6:30 p.m. during the member’s only museum hour.
