The Aviator Ball is the museum’s largest fundraiser of the year and businesses of all types and sizes come together to show their support. All proceeds from this event will benefit the operational needs of TASM.
This year’s event theme is “I need my SPACE: Mission Mars.” We have spent the past year raising funds for our capital campaign and are excited to launch the construction of our expansion that will house a Mars exhibit.
Doors will open for the 2018 Aviator Ball at 5 PM and shortly after an out-of-this-world flight demonstration will be conducted by local pilots in conjunction with David Schultz Air Shows, a national leader in air show performances. The flights will be orchestrated just above the runway, steps from the museum. Attendees will then enjoy a plated dinner prepared by one of Tulsa’s finest chefs while discovering fun facts about Mars. The evening will wrap up with a live auction that includes once-in-a-lifetime flight experiences and irresistible travel opportunities. Event dress is business casual.
